Story
The shady Atlantic City detective, Rick Santoro (played by Nicolas Cage) believes there is a conspiracy behind the assassination of the Secretary of Defense at a boxing match. Julia Costello (Carla Gugino) also knows of the conspiracy, & tries protection from either Santoro. Little does Santoro underst&, however his friend and navy commander Kevin Dunne (Gary Sinise) is in on the conspiracy & working against him.
